Our snazzy hats are made from 100% extra fine (19.5 micron) Merino Wool which comes from the foothills of the Italian Alps by the most prestigious spinners who have been in existence for over 150 years. It is then manufactured and sold to us by our wholesalers in England. Our hats are so soft and warm and are just the job to keep the heat in on a cool, blustery day. Fully lined, they are exclusively designed and manufactured for Joseph Garratt in Scotland (the home of Golf) and are meant to be worn either just pulled on as is, or folded back to make a neater look with a cuff, depending on your preference.

Joseph Garratt Top Tips: Hats rarely need washing! Although our hats are machine washable at 30 degrees, a quick sloose through by hand in some cool water with a splash of fragrant hand wash liquid is all that’s needed to freshen it up. A quick, gentle spin then reshape and dry flat sandwiched between towels overnight. Towels of a similar colour are recommended to avoid any unnecessary bleed of dyes x

Our jumpers are manufactured in Scotland, home of Golf, by a firm with over 120 years of experience spanning 5 generations.

We have chosen a simple, classic crew neck made in 100% Australian Merino sheep Wool which is renowned for its softness and non-itchy quality. Merino Wool is breathable; offering warmth in the winter and the ability to transfer heat from the body in summer. The Wool is spun in Austria and then translated into garments for us by one of Scotland’s oldest knitwear manufacturers. The style is deliberately plain to compliment (and not compete with) our beautifully tailored trousers.

Our Joseph Garratt logo is embroidered onto the right hand upper third of the sleeve. This jumper looks equally good with a crisp cotton shirt and jeans or chinos, as it does on the golf course.

Joseph Garratt Top Tips: Woollies don’t need washing every time they’re worn; although our jumpers are machine washable at 30 degrees, a quick sloose through by hand in some cool water with a splash of fragrant hand wash liquid is all that’s needed to freshen it up. A quick, gentle spin then reshape and dry flat sandwiched between towels overnight. Choose towels of a similar colour to the trouser to avoid any unnecessary bleed of dyes x
